Connection lost message or straight lines. Either your ISP has problems or our server experienced a burp. Most of the time it is an ISP related event and the software will pop a message or go through a shutdown after trying for a few minutes to reconnect. If it turns out our server is down, just check back after a few minutes or look at the system notices page for updates on what’s happening. Our server rarely goes down. Last year we only experienced a one hour interruption over ten months. Sometimes your ISP will have intermittent problems which may not be noticed as anything more than a slow website when travelling the www, yet will affect your AccuStrength. The software is designed to take intermittent ISPs into account but sometime the wait times are too long and a message is generated about the problem.
